e-Tense Remote Control Verification

Hi
I have downloaded the ‘my Citroen’ app in order to be able to set the charging time/climate control on my Aircross Hybrid.
Whatever I do, I am unable to pass the
e-Tense Remote Control Verification process. It keeps saying re-connect Bluetooth. I have done all this and deleted and re-installed the app but to no avail.
Anybody else have issue?
