Is there anyway to use CONNECTED CAM without Bluetooh on my C5 Aircross as I want to use it at the same time as CarPlay wireless adapter? Even connecting to CarPlay with a cable doesn’t allow the Connected Cam to work 🤦‍♀️ Found that out when I needed footage of an accident, and had been using CarPlay for maps which is better than the SatNav

The camera acts as an external hard drive. It is easy to get footage with a usb cable and a laptop. Don't wait too long otherwise the camera may overwrite to footage. In the event of an incident causing a collision or hard braking, then a protected file may be saved.

So with an iPhone you can pair multiple Bluetooth devices, but can actually only use one at a time.
If you don't have CarPlay connected, and already have your Citroen paired via Bluetooth (Audio, Music Streaming and Phone for example), that will be automatically connected.
As soon as you plug in CarPlay it will switch to that source and disconnect the Citroen Bluetooth connection.
If say I am connected to my Bluetooth Headphones and listening to music on my iPhone, then get into the car and start it up, generally the Citroen Bluetooth will take over, or if I plug in CarPlay via cable, that will disconnect Bluetooth and start playing the music from CarPlay. So I can't use my Bluetooth Headphones with CarPlay activated or Citroen Bluetooth. I would have to disconnect those to use my headphones.

So as far as I'm aware the ConnectedCam should still carry on recording, but you won't have any bluetooth functionality with it via the ConnectedCam app whilst using CarPlay, but this shouldn't stop it working.
If you use the control centre on your iPhone (from the home screen drag top right corner down), you should be able to quickly see what is connected and to turn or toggle devices whenever you need to interact with another device like the ConnectedCam.

So if you wanted to get the footage downloaded from the ConnectedCam, you'd have to connect the cable to it or switch to it via Bluetooth (and disconnect Apple CarPlay).
