Hot air not blowing toward driver / passenger

Hey, I have a weird issue with my Citroen C3 Aircross. I've noticed that the heating only blows up - toward the front windshield - no matter what setting I have it on. The cold air, however, is fine and can be setup to to blow from all vents. It's probably a software issue, but I'm curious if anyone has noticed something similar?
