Hello,
How do I deactivate or remove the telematics module on a Citroen C5 Aircross from 2019? Is it built-in or it can be removed? I don't need or want any of the facilities that it offers.

It's built into the vehicle and provides automatic emergency calling in a crash and and geolocation for the emergency services, as well as wifi for the live traffic system. Most cars have these systems or similar today, and I can't see why you would want to even consider butchering your car to be honest.
By default, depending on equipment, deactivate/reactivate geolocation by simultaneously pressing the 2 buttons, then press the "Localised Assistance Call" button to confirm.
If you're part of the Tin Hat brigade, then consider that there will already be electromagnetic waves all around you anyway.
