Having lost Sat Nav after the software update, and having no luck finding anywhere to help locally.
Is there anyone on here that may be able to help please.
I'm driving to Scotland later this week and would like to get the Sat Nav up and running again.

What exactly is the problem?
What happens when selecting Navigation? Blank screen?, Message?
Have you tried re-installing the Map update again? (Reformat USB key as FAT32 first and ensure only the map update files are extracted on the USB media).
When did you notice problems? After the last system FIRMWARE or MAP update or was it a COMBO update?
Can you also tell me what the currently installed versions of the firmware and map update you have? You should be able to get these from the system settings screen.
Also, if you can PM me your VIN, I can check the versions against what you have to ensure they are correct.
