I managed by getting my hand up the side of the rear muffler got to say doing it this way requires a fair amount of patience as it's tight and you are working blind you need a 15 torx and a very small ratchet, changing the bulb is pretty easy.

Some kind person reversed into our car ( without leaving details) cracking the fog light fortunately I managed to get one from eBay (citroen prices ouch) if you are unfortunate to have to replace one the picture shows the fastening points.
