Hi.
My connected services was lost when crossing boarder from Sweden to Norway on Saturday.
My E-Remote wont work anymore.
Looks like the car wont connect to internet.
SOS light is acting corectly when starting the car. First a red light then turns green then it turns off.
My Apps: Games etc wont work because the screen says NO internet connection. What has happened? Any idea?
No internet connection C5 Aircross 2022
Is it a country locking issue?

I've checked Sweden and connected services are all fine. So it may be the area you are in presently.
I've had it before the drive from Norway To Sweden and back to norway. The phonecall service is working. But no internetconnection.
The car is placet at the same place as it was wen i first activated the e-remote.
Are there any issues in Norway maybe?
What happens if i factory reset the system?

A few things:
1) Try and hold down the globe icon for a few seconds to see if that will refresh the connection status.
2) Try to deactivate, then reactivate geolocation by:
Simultaneously pressing the 2 buttons, then press the "Localised Assistance Call" button to confirm.
Repeat to reverse the action.
3) It may be that the telematics unit requires a software update - the dealer should advise on presentation of a certain fault code.

Hi again. Looks like the car is online again. Do not know what the problem was. Plugged it in the charger and suddenly i can connect to it again.
Whats been tried:
Uninstall and install app on phone
Enabling hotspot on phone and connecting the car to it.
Checking 4 updates
Log out and login in app.
Disabling send data and position and enabling again.
Forget and connect bluetooth again.
But no luck with any of those steps.
Juans solution was next, but then it was online again.
Thank you all for helping.
