I've recently purchased a 2018 C3 Aircross. I'm trying to update the touchscreen software to version 21.08.87.32_NAC-R1 via the Citroen PC Upadte tool, but I'm continually getting the message "An error occurred while retrieving update data. Please check your connection settings". I've tried via WiFi and via an Ethernet cable, but still no luck. Has anyone had the same and could offer any solution?
I've successfully downloaded the map update and installed this with no issues.
