I have just purchased a new c3 aircross flair and was told by salesman that the sat nav got 3 free updates a year does anyone know how this works does this happen on its own ?

8-) When you purchased the car you should have signed- CONTRACT Connect Nav & Speed Cam/Danger Zones.

You will also need to download MY CITROEN to laptop as files are large. An app can then be used.

Thanks for that info will have to see dealer dont remember signing any contract.

It's quite easy to do it yourself.
Just download it, unzip the software and put the SWL-folder on an USB drive.

I know it's a late reply but in case anyone reads this thread...

I was talking to a slesman the other day and he said that they are't allowed to sign people up for the map updates anymore. They used to do it for you but now they are only permmitted to let you know the website and you have to sign yourself up.

That would be why you don't remember signing a contract on it.
