When driving where do you keep your key fob and where do you fix your smart phone?

Only had my C3 Aircross two days and already mislaid my fob that had fallen under the small tray below the USB plug.
Not sure where or how to fix my iPhone when connected. The narrow shelf to left leaves the lead sprawled and already came close to falling off shelf.
Any bright ideas welcome. But so far I really like my Aircross.

When I ordered my C3 Aircross Flair Auto, I opted for the techno pack which besides a better sound system with extra speakers and a s1ub woofer in the boot, has a head up display and a wireless charger. That it fitted where the two front cup holders go so they are deleted. No problem to me as I don't use cup holders. Consequently there is a nice storage for phone, wallet and keys.

I find the key fob annoying, it’s far too big for a key ring, and the auto unlocking is (in my opinion) unnecessary.
A simple remote would suffice.

It isn’t any bigger than many other cars surely

Can’t comment on other current models, it’s certainly bigger than the one for my old C3 Picasso.
