Hi folks,

I recently bought a C5 (facelift version if it makes any difference) and I am now considering what accessories I can buy to enhance the car.

I'm thinking things like wireless android auto adapter, boot mat, center console thing to use the space better, sunglasses holder...etc

My question is, what accessories have you bought that you thought made a great difference?

I have a digital voltmeter plugged in the front power socket. Useful checking alternator output.

Hi,
I bought the Citroen front & rear mud flaps and the Citroen air deflectors for the front two door windows. I fitted them all myself and they work a treat. You could buy aftermarket ones cheaper but I wanted the genuine ones so paid the extra.
Now
69 plate C5 Aircross - Flare Plus,
1.5 B-HDi 130.
Tijuca Blue with Perla Nera Black Bi-Tone Roof,
Silver Anodised Colour Pack,
19” Art Two-Tone Diamond Cut Alloys,
Metropolitan Grey Grained Leather Ambiance Interior,
Visibility & Safety Packs.

To reiterate Kev B's suggestion of mud flaps, I would strongly recommend as they make a real difference in keeping mud and dirt off the body work down below. The original Citroen ones are robust and fit properly. However, getting hold of them is a challenge!

Oh this is something that has troubled me since I got the car: The massive amount of dirt I get on my car from the wheels!

Does anyone have pictures of the mud flaps? I couldn't find anything online.

Hi zakazak.
Sure no problem, I have lots of pictures.
I also have fitting diagrams and instructions as PDF files but they don’t accept them on here apparently.
I have had to attach them to emails for others.. If you want to P/M me with your email address, I’ll send them that way.
Cheers. Kev B.

Kev B went with genuine parts, however it's out of stock from Citroens website and has been for some time now. Best to see what eBay has to offer, you could find some genuine ones waiting to be bought or buy after market ones.....either way can't say no to Mud flaps 😎
