This morning I checked my 2020 C3 Aircross Flair touchscreen for its System and Nav versions.
The system is 21.08.87.32_NACr1
The Nav is 22.0.0-r0

I looked at Mycitroen App for the summary of April and found the there is a Nav update available.
It's 23.0.0-r0
I'll download it using the Citroen Update App onto my USB3 16GB Stick.
When doing NAV updates you can drive the car BUT you must switch OFF, STOP/START system.
Also make sure you set the air-conditioning, radio as you can not access these when it's updating.

Just tried my map update, went for a 30min drive with it uploading, returned home, and with the engine still running, got the message 'failed'
Now have no maps at all. am now trying again, have left the car running in the drive and wasting even more fuel, just hope it works this time!

If you use the App it can sometimes be very twitchy copying the files across to the USB key. I usually download and extract the files manually without the app and never have an issue.

This morning decided to transfer the MAP update from the USB stick to the car.
Started car, disabled Stop/start, tuned radio to station I could listen too, set required temp.
Inserted stick, followed instructions on screen.
Drove car from home and back. Distance covered was 30 miles.
At end of update the system rebooted.
All systems back to normal sat nav tested works.
One thing to note don't tune to a DAB station cuts in and out all the time so turned it off. I was tuned to Virgin Anthems.
