This is the Citroen Update 1.2 app that I use to download firmware and Nav updates for my C3 Aircross.
This runs on PC and Laptops.
Once installed you enter your VIN number.

Then you use it to search for Cartography updates. And Software updates for your car.
If any exist it will download them and process them
You insert a USB 3 stick of 16GB and it formats it and puts them on the stick ready to go in the car

Just be aware of that site - it is notorious for malware and spam.....

Just do not allow it to download it's own application on your PC or it will spy on you.

I got my version from the Citroen site when I bought my C3 MK3 hatchback in 2017., But haven't been able to find it on there lately.

I'm trying to use the Citroen Update 1.3.1 on windows. It installs fine. Looks up my VIN (a C3 Aircross) and sees that a firware update is required.
When I click down load I get this error message.
I've turned off my local firewall...looks like the ftp server on Citroen's end isn't working.

Turn your local firewall back on, ASAP!
