My 2018 C3 Aircross has suddenly stopped connecting to my Samsung phone when I connect via USB.
On the phone android auto says "Can't connect to car screen, try another cable".
On the car screen it says "Connect compatible USB device"
I've tried several different cables to no avail.
When connected the phone indicates it's being charged, but the android auto screen no longer appears.
Anyone else had a similar issue?
TIA
Mick Mathers

Have you updated the phone software recently.
A phone software update can sometimes cause connection issues. In either case, I'd check for an update on the phone in case they have issued a recent update to correct previous releases.
Also make sure your head unit software is up to date.
Lastly, cables do indeed make a big difference. Always try and use a decent branded cable if possible.
