Grid view on stereo

Hi. Daughter has just done something to stereo on C5 and the display changed to a grid view with buttons to CarPlay, satnav etc. any ideas how this was done. Whilst trying to recreate managed to find a view showing lists of connected satellites and a demo mode button but can’t find that one again either
