Citroen C3 / C5 Aircross Forums

A relative who owns a c3 aircross downloaded citroen app but it would not take his vin number to check for screen/map updates, so i tried online entering his vin but since last week it states service not available. Anyone else tried updates recently ?

I checked Citroen Update on my laptop this morning. It says no updates for my C3 Aircross. However the screen then showed that there is a new version of Citroen Update so I clicked on confirm to update. Reopened it but can't see anything different.

Still not available on pc ?

That was just an update to the Citroen Update App, not the mapping or system software.

I checked for our C5 aircross and there was a map update which worked ok

Thankfully i had a "my citroen" link on my pc from 11 mths ago, i had forgot how i achieved download, i needed to download updates for a relatives car.

I switched on my PC this morning and was notified there was an update to download. I downloaded it and it identified a touch screen software update for my car C3 Aircross 2019. The program then asked me to insert USB pen of at least 16gb. I have done that and it’s now going through the copy process. It’s a 7.65 gb update. My last screen update was 6.66 gb, so it’s a new update for screen too (Software of the touch screen - 5_093_20.0H022.3) - as well as the app update.

Further to last. Now updated car touch screen to version 093D. Took about 15 mins.

Don't recognise those updates, my 2020 c3 aircross updated this year to } screen 21.08.87.32 mapping 20.0.0.
My relatives c3 aircross 2018 reg needs same updates, i have ordered a 16gb drive to do that.

Both Mycitroen App and Citroen update app show no updates for my C3 Aircross 2020. Not all C3/C5 models receive the same update as their operating systems are different revisions depending upon year built.
