Might seem a silly question, and I apologise if it is! Have you downloaded the Citroen App to your iPhone?

Start again.
On phone open Bluetooth page and click on CITROEN. Now tell it to forget.
Remove phone from car and turn it off.
In car forget your phone on Bluetooth. Restart phone.
Get in car turn on ign and open the MyCitroen app on phone
Open Bluetooth page on car and phone and connect. A code should appear on the touchscreen and phone. If it matches connect.
Now drive somewhere over .5 miles and then turn off engine the car should download to phone.

Just a quick question on this one. Should the app be left open in the background? I never have before, and I’ve tried it now, but makes no difference. I’m going to try what @beanee687 suggests.

Well, that didn’t work. Just done two journeys of around 4 miles each. First one with the app closed. Second with it open, and granting permission to access when requested. Nothing recorded

Quite disappointing really, as I have previously stated that I don’t have any problems with the app.

Welcome to my world!

Over the weekend, I made a return journey of around 300 miles (work related), prior to which I made a journey of 1.5 miles. The short journey was recorded, the outbound one of the long journey was totally ignored, and the return journey only recorded the last 70 miles after a comfort stop/restart of the car.

It is now officially the 'MyCitroen crApp'!

Whoever is responsible for this ever-increasingly unreliable crApp should be fired. 5 years ago, it was fine. Then they progressively ruined it until it is no longer fit for purpose. I use(d) it for easily recording business mileage, but it's so unreliable I can't do that now.

Mine started working today again. Bluetooth on, no USB connection short drive of around 3 Miles and have 11 previous journeys pop up. Not worked since 4 March until this morning.

If you touch and hold the MyCitroen app symbol on your phone and then touch app info what permissions do you have active.
Thus is a screen shot of mine on a Moto G7 power Android.

Well, would you believe it? All my missing journeys have appeared after a short drive this morning

Why do you want Citroen to know where and when you go everytime you drive your car?
If our government announced that we had to fit a black box in our cars to track our every journey there would be a public outcry.

New update appeared on my phone just now version 1.28.2 just updated clicked on it and it opens ok. Will test later .
