C5 : Plastic tool thing in glovebox

I was sat in the passenger seat the other day and started poking around in the glovebox. I found a little plastic tool clipped in place and couldn't work out what it was for. The manual doesn't help - does anybody know it's purpose? My best guess is that it's for levering open the internal fuse box (also in the glovebox)...

Hi,
Could do with picture but it might be to assist in changing headlight lamps.
I think I was given one but kept with Locking Nut tool in boot with spare Tyre

Not sure if I'm barking up the wrong tree, but i think my C3 Aircross has a small plastic tool for removing the trim cover on the wheels!

Possibly, especially as its right next to them, but on other cars I've owned they've been shaped like tweezers...
