Hi C5 Fellows,
I got my red C5 Aircross Shine today, in the midst of the Corona lock-down,
On connecting the iPhone SE, the car display indeed started CarPlay, but the bluetooth activation was as if disabled.
Now somehow the Bluetooth paired successfully, but CarPlay no longer starts but USB iPod (on playing music).
I did find out that in some setting (Ambience light), too high a setting disables CarPlay. But how on earth does one re-enable it?
best greetings,
Benny
Based on what does C5 Aircross switch beween Ipod USB and CarPlay USB recognition

OK, I found the answer on Youtube. Tthe Carplay section was missing from the iPhone preferences (General). One can bring back the entry by enabling SIRI.
I will try tomorrow if that solves the problem.
