Hi, there are quite a few previous comments on this subject that you may want to trawl through? You may find the answer there, though depends on your particular problem?
Are you using a Mac or Windows to download the file?

I hope you are aware that Microsoft are ceasing updates for Windows 7, so it is potentially insecure. Don't know whether it would make a difference to your issue though.
