up to the last two updates I have been able to update both maps and touchscreen. With the latest two updates, downloaded on to usb and get "Update not compatible with Hardware"
anyone else have this problem, or is it just my car that has an issue?

I had the same message when I tried to update.
Thought I would try a little exploration of the menus (others might call it ‘poke and hope’). Did eventually manage to install.
Unfortunately I didn’t take notes so the following is from memory - please excuse if I remembered incorrectly.
Pressed the gear symbol top right of menu bar

This took me to the 'Options' screen, then selected 'System Settings', selected 'System Info' then selected 'View'. This showed that firmware was available and gave the option ‘Yes’ to install. Pressed 'Yes' and install started.
