There are lots of things I like about my C3 Aircross, but one thing I'm starting to love is how well the wheels are protected against curbing. Those 17inch "4 Ever" wheels are actually rather gorgeous, so I am determined to look after them. However I recently used the self parking for a tight spot and it completely misjudged the space. There were leaves hanging out over the back corner of the space which perhaps confused it. I ended up with the back wheel jammed up against the curb, which would have been a scraped rim on any of my previous cars. But joy of joys, the tyre sidewalls curved outwards enough to completely protect the wheel. Curbing is such an expensive problem for city drivers, so it's really nice to have one less worry.

Yes, I'm liking that as well. I think the idea of concave alloys should be standard. Any time I parallel park to the kerb I can bring it in as close as I like without having to worry a jot about scratching my wheels. And the other day I had a scrape in a car park when I took a tight turn a bit too tight and rubbed the rubber against the curving kerb, again, no damage to the alloys and only a slight scuff on the tyre.

I don't park car in the city so I don't know about tyres and rims. But my favourite feature is the HUD display. Why it doesn't exist in every car?? (Yes, main road, low speed limits and cameras... TomTom doesn't know about chancing speed limits)

I have had the car 10 days and love everything about it. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but enough for me until I upgrade. 130 BHP engine despite having been advertised as 110, so disappointed in the main dealer for that.

Haven't you tried your dealer for the touch up paint? I ordered mine (Breathing blue too) from my dealer, just as well as got my first stone chip this week too!
I have the 130BHP version and am so far very pleased with the performance, though am having to come to terms with the extra fuel consumption over my DS3 Airdream Sport Diesel, it's about 20mpg worse!!
Did you only pay for the 110BHP version and get a free upgrade?
