Front parking sensors C3 Aircross

I have 18 plate C3 Aircross flair which has rear parking sensors but not the front, I am thinking of having them fitted, has anyone done this and is it possible to fit the front sensors so that the warnings appear on the infotainment screen like the rear ones?
