I was a lunch today and my mate and I were talking about car deliveries. He has an Audi Q? and want a hybrid version. He asked the dealer when he should think about ordering it, he has a 4
year lease and has 18 months to go. The dealer told him to come in Nov 22 for delivery Aug 23. Also the spec might be different to they shown.

Good news, the car has arrived and we have been given the option of collecting it at the weekend or collecting it on the 2nd of March, it will then have a 22 plate which we have opted to do. They are going to do what they do to new cars then send me some pictures and when i get them i will put them on here.

That's the best idea. My 2020 C3 Aircross was handed to me on 7th Feb 2020. Imagine my surprise when the V5C turned up showing date of registration 31 January. Which means it has to be taxed on the 1st January. So all of you buying new make sure of the reg date. It also means MOT is 5 weeks early too.

No it doesn't. Your car needs an MOT from the date of registration, so MOT due on 31st January 2023. If it was on 7th February, MOT due 7th February 2023, so you have only lost a week. You will, however have lost out 1 month on VED. I don't understand why you think you have lost a month of MOT.

If I see new ones driving around while I’m waiting on mine I think I’ll be cancelling. I understand there is challenges just now, but I was initially told March for delivery
I would hope it is before August :o

Just ordered a facelift C-Series Edition, currently expected late June.

At last!!, we collected our new C3 Aircross shine plus 1.2 p/t 130 auto from Sheffield on Wednesday, what a beautiful drive back it was to. I must admit it is a bit of a disappointment to learn that even though we went for top of the range the front passenger seat can't be adjusted up or down, but that's our own fault for not checking. It's done nothing but rain since so at the weekend i will take some piccy's and post them.

Driver only seat height adjust has been the norm on the range of C3s since 2017. My C3 MK3 hatchback 110bhp Flair EAT6 was like that.
My C3 Aircross Flair 130bhp Flair is also like that. The Flair was the top of range in those days.

But still well chuffed with our car. we chose the colour because when the sun shines on it it changes to a lighter minty green which was the colour of our last C3.

Nice. I see the handbrake has changed back to a more normal design and the centre console has a sliding top.
Like the wheels are they 17inch.
