Hi,
I'm a new owner... or will be in a couple of weeks.
Changing from Skoda Yeti to C3 Aircross 1.2 auto, Flair trim. Red with black roof and trim.

Quick question:

The dealer is suggesting the Williams coating treatment, especially as the paintwork is non-metallic. Is this a worthwhile treatment?

Always a tricky one this.
I normally don't do it. When my wife bought her new car two years ago we didn't get it done, I polished and waxed it with Meguiars and it is still just as good. Gets a re wax once a year. When I got my Aircross I agreed to it as the price I got was "trade" and time pressures meant I would not be able to do it myself in the short term. Now wish I hadn't as it, in my opinion, is not as good as my own efforts. Going to leave it a couple of months and then polish and wax it myself.
I believe that if you have the time to invest, your own detailing will be to a standard that you will be proud of.
Also if you are unlucky enough to need body repairs you won't get it reapplied under your insurance.

From a subjective viewpoint, as a once long ago car salesman, I wouldn't bother unless the price is extremely cheap! These extras often make far more profit for the dealership than the car itself!

I had Williams treatment on a C3 Picasso. Had it 5 years never polished it put it through an auto carwash and it still looked like new.
Bought a C3 MK3 Flair hatchback again with the treatment. Treated the same way and when I traded it for my now car the dealership paid over the top for it.
My 2020 C3 Aircross was treated the same but Hyundai protection not Williams. Just as good.
One of the advantages is that bird poo, tree sap etc wipe off. I'd have it again
