CV boots has slipped off

Hi Guys,
Recently looked under the drivers side front wheel arch and noticed the clip had broken on the CV boot (big one wheel side). The boot is totally off and can see some grease near where the clamp broke. Has anybody had this issue, do i need to get it repaired asap or can i drove for a while?

You need to get it fine ASAP otherwise you will get water and muck grit etc inside the CVJ which will cause it to wear/fail. Also on some cars the clip is also the anti skid reluctance ring.

fixed it with 2 cable ties, looks good and tight on the wheel now.
