C3 2019 Aircross nearside dipped headlight not working, have tried new bulb, but still won’t come on.
( Tried all the bulbs on opposite side and they work fine there)
Can’t seem to find any fuses for dipped lights, ( there are fuses for full bean and fog lights )
Also which relay in the engine bay fuse box ( if there is one ) controls nearside dipped bean light.

Thanks for looking and hopefully replying with answer

Ok I am just the messenger.
I have a 2002 to 2004 Haynes manual.
On the wiring diagrams for the headlights main and dip, each bulb is fused.
So on that series
F9 DIP LH
F10 DIP RH
F11 MAIN LH
F11 MAIN RH
These are in the engine fuse box.
When dip is selected a relay in the engine fuse box is energised and its contact supplies 12v to both dip bulbs
When main is selected a relay in the engine fuse box is energised and its contact supplies 12 to both main bulbs.
Now on the latest cars when main is selected the dip stays on so all 4 bulbs are powered.
You say that the offside lights are ok. If you remove the fuse that is shown for the offside do both the offside main and dip go off. What rating is the main fuse. Each fuse on the early cars was 15A.
I have looked at all C3 Aircross year fuse lists, C3 Picasso, C5 Aircross and only the C3 Picasso shows a fuse for each of the dips. The C3 and C5 Aircross show F15 16 for the fog. Have you tried those for the dips.

Hi Beanee687
Checked fuses, all are ok, the nearside full bean and fog lights both work anyway so are not affected by the dipped bean not working.
I have just read that the dipped lights and the indicators are controlled by the EMS and if a fault occurs on either of them the EMS should reset it, in this case it isn’t doing that.
Looks like I’ll just have to wait till it goes in to Citroen on 15th December.
The car is still under warranty till March 2022.
Thank for your reply, much appreciated.

Thanks for getting back. Good info that the dipped and indicators are controlled by EMS.
