Citroen C3 / C5 Aircross Forums

Hi

I recently purchased a 69 plate c5 aircross flair plus model. When I checked the software and map versions they are both from 2018 and both my citroen app and the citroen update app on windows are both telling me that there are no updates which I find very hard to believe given how far the versions on the car are out of date compared to versions I've seen on this forum.

Can anyone out there help me out?

I live in The Netherlands

Latest firmware version: 42.03.31.32_NAC-R0 (26-11-2020)
Latest map version: EUR 9.0.0-R0 (15-03-2021)

I don't understand why mine is saying there isn't any updates when there clearly is.

I've contacted Citroen to see what they say or if they can fix the issue.

However would anyone happen to have links to the latest versions?

Think I've figured it out. My system is wave 3 which the firmware on it is the latest version for 30.XX.XX.XX systems. However the newer 40.XX.XX.XX firmware for the wave 4 systems also works on wave 3 systems so might be a bug in Citroen's system into why I don't have any updates.

Going to wait and see what Citroen say but I have found the latest firmware version that works on wave 3 systems and the latest maps so I can manually update them (which might also update Citroen's system into working properly)

How do you manually download software updates? Google is not my friend

I have a very similar issue to you martyness, and the My Citroen app tells me there are no updates

So further update since I'm still waiting for Citroen connected services to contact me with a solution.

After manually updating my C5 aircross firmware from 31.09.46.62 to version 42.01.72.32 (which also included NAC wave 4 maps version 8.0.0 from August 2020) the my citroen app now shows an update for version 9.0.0 maps.

Which is progress in terms on map updates but so far I will still need to manually update the firmware from 42.01.72.32 to version 42.03.31.32.

I've have the same problem with my C5 ,which I picked up yesterday and still running 2018 map update. My citroen app says no updates available, when I put my vin number in citroen map update page that says no updates available.
