headlamp upgrade

Is it possible to convert headlamps? , xenon kits appear to be available on Ebay/Amazon. If it is possible can this be carried out on a DIY basis?

Beware legislation rules what you can and can not do to original headlights.

UK legislation requires self - levelling suspension and headlamp washers for HID/xenon headlamps as fitted to Citroen DS5 HDI Sport.

What about changing "bulbs" to a brighter white?, or higher intensity, any drawbacks?
