Citroen C3 / C5 Aircross Forums

This morning my petrol c5 aircross opened by itself and all 4 windows wound down. After putting ignition on I could close the windows,but the engine warning light said a fault had been detected. Any other owner had similar gremlin ?

I had this happen today would be interested to know if others have had the same and what the fix is

This happened to me on Thursday. The car has driven fine since and no warning lights. My alarm has gone off a couple of times recently so there will be a link there.
I am in the process of trying to book it into the dealership so will post an update.

Has anyone with this problem had a response to fix the problem?
This has happened to me on three occasions. I am getting nervous about leaving the car in public areas.

If you hold down the unlock button on key fob this unlocks car and winds all windows down. Possibly key fob accidentally pressed whilst carrying in hand or pocket

Conversely, if you hold the lock button down, do the doors lock and windows go up. This happens on my friend's car but it's not a Citroen.

Yes it does on my c5 aircross not sure about c3aircross and it also close sunroof if that was open

Tried on my C3 Aircross Flair automatic EAT6 today. The windows do not open when unlock button held pressed down or go up when the lock button is held down.
