Hi,
I have had my C3 Aircross for 18 months. Its only done 17000 miles but I have had the engine top-up light come on twice.
Firstly, I was interested to see if that frequency is normal for everyone else?
Secondly, I cannot find anywhere in the manual where is actually says what type of oil the engine needs. For reference mine is the PureTech 130 Petrol.
Any advice greatly received.

Have you had the car serviced and the oil changed? You don't say whether it is a petrol or diesel. Diesel is 16,000 miles or 1 year, and petrol is, afaik, 20,000 miles or 1 year. So you should have had an oil change and service. It is vital to get diesels service at the correct intervals, otherwise there may be a problem with turbo lubrication.
If you do top up or change the oil yourself, it is vital to use a low SAPS oil, otherwise the ash will cause problems with the exhaust filter.

Service intervals for the 130bhp petrol (he says it's petrol in lady paragraph) is 1 year or 12500 miles same as mine.
