Good morning
hope you are all safe
Went to car (68 C3 Aircross) last night to use, battery flat
Charged battery overnight but now cannot get bonnet fully up
Releases on bonnet pull but on moving lever under bonnet. NOTHING
Any suggestions
Thank you in advance
Jon
Bonneyt stuck on C3 Aircross
If it's similar to the one on the new C4 Cactus, lifting the plastic lever operates a cable which pulls the safety catch from the driver's side (RHD).
You mat be able to get a thin screwdriver through the grille to release it by moving towards the driver's side of the car.
If you were the original owner, you should have breakdown cover for 3 years; cal them out.
Hope this helps.

Thank you
Have now worked it out
The cable had come away from the catch, so use a bamboo stick to push catch from off side of car
Best wishes and stay safe

Hi jonnybikes, before I saw that you'd fixed it, I popped out and had a look at mine this morning - I couldn't see any obvious way of releasing it if the cable had become broken or detached, so I'll remember your trick in case it happens to me!
