Hi all
New to this forum, been a ds3 owner for last 6 years + ,just purchased a c3 aircross 6 months old ,so far loving it. Downloaded my citroen app and says there is a firmware and map update . Downloaded both zipped files to my windows surface 2 ,no problem unzipping screen firmware but for the life of me cannot unzip map update ,starts to unzip then crashes . Hop someone can help me .

Are you using Winzip to unzip the files? There is a thread somewhere indicating that a different unzipping software. I'll try to add a link if I can find it.
I can't help, sorry. I've never had a problem with 7Zip.

Manage to unzip files, successfully updated touch screen update but cannot update maps, goes through all the update process taking about 50 mins then it reboots ,map screen appears then it goes back to step 1 of update procedure.
C5 aircross 1.2 c series EAT8 grey with black wheels.
