Is there any way to disable this feature ??

My car is calling SOS when I'm sitting in the house
It's called an ambulance on Friday and the police tonight

It sounds like the SOS button is being held in the 'on' position by the surrounding cover. Have you checked it? I found on mine that if I pressed the 'Citroen Assist' button it stayed pressed until I fiddled about with it to release it (I only pressed it to see what would happen! LOL)...

I checked the button and it's not stuck
Can't get to the dealer until tomorrow just worried about it making more calls and wasting the time of the emergency services.

Is there a fuse you can remove? Sorry, not a lot of help, just a thought
