try restarting/rebooting your phone. Shouldn't be necessary but can help.

Ive tried just about everything.
Different phones, uninstalling and re installing the app, clearing the cache, rebooting the phone, pairing, unpairing.
Have complained to Citroen custoner services, got a reply giving quite a lobg list of instructions. Worked for a xouple of days then kuput again. So have given up. Never had this "functionality" with any other car so can live without it until Citroen sort themselves out.
