I have a brand new 2018 Aircross and seem to have a an issue opening the passenger door from the outside. All the other doors open including the boot but not the passenger one. I have never had a problem with any of my previous citroens is this a new feature?

No. It should work as per any other car you had. Back to the dealer.

had a car that when using key fob to open car only driver side opens.... all then open with a second press. Guess that was a security thing but yours sounds like a failed central locking unit. Dealer visit

I have just had this issue recently. 2018 car 6000 miles....and all of a sudden the passenger door would not open from the outside...nor then close shut. At one stage drove down road with door partly open ( though the auto lock function did still work ). Then it corrected itself. Until the following night when it repeated the issue. Dealer was great. Gave me a loan car for 4 days whilst they installed a lock mechanism. Was only the front passenger door. Fixed under warranty.
