It means that the data concerning specifically the Map version is invalid. Either the app has a communication issue with the Head Unit or another problem. You should be able to manually find out the Map version from the Head Unit Directly to determine what version you have installed.
The touchscreen (firmware) needs an update to 44.02.16.52_NAC-r0 which was released on 22nd April 2022.
The latest Map for your system for Europe is Version 12.0.0-R0

I've just changed my 2019 C5 aircross which was up to date with maps and system updates and I've still got on usb sticks the latest updates I did for previous c5. The current maps installed is 7.0.0 25/01/2020 and the system is 42.01.72.32 . So looks like if as had no updates since it left factory.

Yes, your system is currently 3 system firmware and map updates behind! I hope you have your fuel tank filled up ready for those updates!
