Which car do you have - a C5 Aircross or a C3?
Either way, the car should only unlock when you touch either of the front door handles. It shouldn't unlock automatically without you doing so. That's how mine works, anyway.

Re: 4 wheel alignment
If they set it wrong and you end up in accident they SHOULD be liable. I see nothing wrong with that. If they do their jobs correctly then they have nothing to worry about. JMHO.

Re: Directional headlights
The headlights do not move. Your car has directional lighting at certain speeds, where the foglamp on the side you are steering towards will light to give better light on corners, etc. Whether this is turned on or not depends on the vehicle settings in the centre screen. It's all explained in the us...

Re: Citroen Unveils New Logo
What a waste of money! Sometimes I wonder about the abilty of senior management to run companies. Having just changed their branding to encompass the logo to extend to the full width of the bonnet on all cars, now they want to go back to 1919, spend a shed-load of resources on retooling, create a pa...

Re: ConnectedCAM - C5 Aircross Shine PHEV
The ConnectCam records continuously in, I believe, 1 minute segments. When the memory is full it overwrites the oldest recording first. It does NOT record over recordings marked as 'Incident', which happen when heavy braking or high energy changes of direction, etc. The ConnectCam app is a waste of ...

Re: C5 Aircross Glovebox broken, won't open
Certainly a poor glovebox on Aircross, cannot fit more than a wafer on left side before the lid fails to fit flush All Citroen and Peugeot models suffer from small capacity glove boxes on right-hand drive models - PSA are very lazy about moving the fuse boxes to where they really should be on the d...

Re: Touchscreen Update
It's fine to do - and expected, if you want to stay up to date. Just follow the instructions completely. If you miss the prompt to remove the USB at the completion of the update, it will start the process again, by asking if you wish to continue with the update. Just say no at that point. If you're ...

Re: C5 aircross phev
You are correct that originally there was a dash mounted button, bottom right groups of controls which you pressed twice to open the tailgate from inside the car. This stopped being fitted about December 21, Jianuary22 My car is September 2021 manufacture, with electric tailgate, but it has no dash...
