Simplist way to do it is to a laptop using a usb cable. The camera acts like an external drive, just connect, select the files you want to copy, and either put them on the laptop hard drive or download it to a memory stick or memory card.
EDIT, use a good quality cable, a cheap one may well not work.

Many cars from many manufacturers were shipped without various features due to the worldwide chip shartage. Terms and conditions allow manufactureres to change specifications without notice. I doubt you can do anything. It cannot be activated if there are no sensors fitted.
