Did you use the ‘clean my drive’ app on the usb stick before downloading the files? Perhaps you need to try another flash drive to see if that makes any difference!
I used to get these issues before, but this latest download link seems to have solved these issues.

I too updated without any issues which was a surprise considering previous attempts from my Mac downloads. The update link straight to my flash drive worked seamlessly this time, I even went for a drive round whilst is was updating!

If you manage to locate your installed files and still need to update, it's worth using the 'clean my drive' app on your usb stick first and then download the files again. There seems to be some conflict with how the mac formats that causes issues. In the past when have having problems, I used a win...

It’s very odd, my iPhone connected ok today too, but my android didn’t connect! It’s usually the iPhone that I get issues with, this app is hit and miss to say the least.

I've just about given up with it! Sometimes it works and other times there's no input for days. My Android phone connection is more reliable than my iPhone, I have to keep uninstalling the app to get it working and then of course you lose all previous data!
