Looks like it only affects 5 vehicles in total! Just your luck, eh?

Re: Map updates ??
Just a thought before you give up on it, but is it a USB3 stick (which it needs to be), and did you “unzip”/extract the downloaded file from your PC onto the stick?

Re: Map updates ??
Try this link, then enter your VIN:-
http://citroen.navigation.com/home/en_G ... enEMEA/GBP
I seem to remember that when my map (and Touchscreen) update became available, I had the option within the My Citroen app to choose email as a means to send me the appropriate link.

Re: Touch Screen Software Updates
One other thing you could check, based on the following advice from Citroen:- The vehicle should be parked in the open air (Optimisation of the GSM reception): The GSM network coverage must be at least 4 bars : If the procedure fails or if the reception is insufficient, move the vehicle to an uncove...

Re: Touch Screen Software Updates
I had the “corrupted file” error message on my first attempts with the map update. Like you, I repeated the whole download/unzip process several times, to no avail. BUT, my failed attempts were with a USB 2 stick, so I invested in a new USB 3 stick, and it worked first time! I don’t know if you’ve a...

Re: Touch Screen Software Updates
.tar is a compressed file, but I don’t think the Windows built-in unzipper works with this type of file. There are any number of free unzippers available to download - try googling it to find one that does. That worked for me. And don’t forget it has to be a USB 3 stick - won’t work with USB 2. Good...

Re: Incompatible Touchscreen Update
Have you “unzipped” (or “extracted”) the downloaded file, which process creates a folder entitled “SWL” containing a number of sub-folders and files? It’s the SWL folder that you copy to the USB stick.

Re: Incompatible Touchscreen Update
Eureka! I’ve now successfully updated. I went through the whole process again, but with two differences:- 1. I amended the “Allocation Unit Size” in the Format dialogue box to 4096 bytes. 2. In-car, I waited a couple of minutes for the Nav system to fully load, until “TomTom Traffic” appeared at the...
