Re: C3 Aircross Sunroof auto close question
This might answer my worries that my roof was haunted / possessed. On random occasions I'll come back to the car and find the blind closed. I at first thought it was to do with the rain sensor but figured why would that affect the blind, then I thought maybe it was the sun but the recent weather dis...

Re: What did you do for your Aircross today ?
I bought some door edge trims off Amazon and fitted them to the vertical edges of the 4 doors. Unfortunately they are a little too large and while thy protect the leading edge well, the rear doors now hit the trims when I open them. Either they'll wear - unlikely though, or I'll have to remove them....

Re: Re my c3 aircross
So T Cut is a surface scratch remover and doesn't need to be in the colour of the car as its basically a rubbing compound which removes the top layer of paint which has the scratch in it. If its a deep scratch then its not suitable for this. Deep scratches or stone chips do really need filling or at...

Re: Automatic Braking System Fault
Slightly off topic, but has anyone had the pleasure of having the automatic braking kick in? I just came back from the lake district and whilst there it clearly thought I wasn't going to stop in time - even though I was already slightly braking and wasn't speeding - and all wheels locked up, screech...

Re: Grip control ?
I'll admit that was my reasoning for not getting it fitted. The salesman tried to convince me with a story of his daughter having "nearly" been stuck in the snow but for the grip control but honestly I've never needed it in the past and as you said its only for a handful of days a year I'd...

Re: Automatic Braking System Fault
Could you post info of your dealership and or any info on the software repair they did so I can go to my dealer with that info?
I tried and they denied knowledge of a known problem.

Re: Automatic Braking System Fault
I,ve had my car for 5 weeks and “Automatic Braking System Fault” has flashed up on the touchscreen several times but only when I stop on a fairly steep incline. It appears to be linked to the “Hill Assist Function” however hill assist is working as it is designed to? The car has been back to the de...

Re: 19 days in
Wish Id had it last night to try it getting out of high Wycombe lol, however I got all the bells and whistles on the car but said to the dealer I wouldn't have the grip control as Id only use it once or twice a year. Didn't justify the expense and I doubt it would have helped last night as the main ...
