Re: New kid on the block

Welcome to this friendly forum, I am now on my 6th Citroen. I too have switched to Petrol on my latest car, but I must admit I miss the Diesel engines in my previous 2 cars! My DS3 HDi was such an economical and flexible car to drive, I'm only a low milage driver but the trips to the filling station...

Re: My Citroen app help

Hi, thanks for your input but still no joy I'm afraid! The MyCitroen app doesn't appear anywhere on my phone since I uninstalled it, and it doesn't appear on the google play store either, I just get the scan my Citroen app and a few other nondescript ones. If I locate the MyCitroen app icon on a goo...

Re: My Citroen app help

Thanks for your input. My phone is past it’s sell by date for updates, so nothing has changed in recent times. Looks as though I need to upgrade it, though can’t understand why the app suddenly decided to stop, I can’t even find it on the play store anymore? The odd thing is, my iPhone is even older...

Re: My Citroen app help

No luck I’m afraid, tried both suggestions, though just to clarify the app is no longer installed on my phone, I just have the My Citroen icon showing in the library with ‘not installed’ underneath it, when I click on it I get the not compatible message? I have also now deleted the icon and retried ...

Re: My Citroen app help

Many thanks for your reply.
I just followed your instructions, the app is showing there but I'm still getting the same response when trying to open it - 'Your device isn't compatible with this version'?

My Citroen app help

I have an old Samsung J5 phone with the 'My Citroen' app installed, which, apart from the odd glitch, has worked ok. In the past few days the app wouldn't open, I had a message saying the the licence had expired which prevented it opening. Prior to this message I had cleared the apps data and cache ...

Re: Firmware version

Hi, if it's the same as the C3 Aircross it's as follows --

1. press the cog icon at top right of screen
2. Options
3. System settings
4. System info
5. OK
This should give the versions installed

Hope this helps?

Re: Hi. New owner!!

From a subjective viewpoint, as a once long ago car salesman, I wouldn't bother unless the price is extremely cheap! These extras often make far more profit for the dealership than the car itself!

Re: C3 Aircross stop/start

I've had this issue ever since I bought my Aircross, it's very intermittent and unpredictable, I'm a low mileage driver but all journeys that I do are fairly lengthy and should be enough to keep the battery well charged. I previously had a DS3 D Sport for 6 years doing the same type of driving, the ...

Re: Map and Touch Screen Updates

Oh dear, don’t know what else to suggest! Just a thought, are you waiting for the apps to load fully before inserting the usb drive?
I wouldn’t have thought the jump in upgrades would make any difference, but not being a tech geek I might be wrong.
