Re: New C3 Aircross settings not saving.?
The latest one, version 44.02.16.52_NAC-r0-27/04/2022, available to download on the "my Citroen app" but beware, others have installed the latest version which hasn't made any difference. Citroen are saying it ISN'T A FAULT, i beg to differ. be very interesting to see how you go on.

To change ambience, go to main screen, tap vehicle, cog wheel top right, configuration, ambience, then choose colour.

Re: New C3 Aircross settings not saving.?
I am seriously considering taking it to our dealer as the response has advised, i don't believe there should be a charge for this update. the only trouble with that is it will be a 100 mile round trip to do so, but at least if it doesn't solve the problem they will have to log a fault and they will ...

Hi 19766809 soz for the late reply, it is Eurig.Druce@citroen.com, have you lodged a complaint to your dealer? if so you should have a customer case number, quote that in your email.

Re: Scratches
Personally i use chips away they do a fantastic job, stay away from that "Mantis" it's crap, looked at reviews on you tube and all it does is leave swirl marks, have a look for yourself. Chips away are reasonably priced depending on the work needed, what impressed me was the time he spent ...

Re: Air Con Default Setting
But don't you agree that Citroen should be able to advise us that are having this problem on how to rectify it. As I said in my thread last night its disgusting that they don't know how to rectify this, if it is indeed an upgrade problem then they should be advising on how to put it right.
