No beanie It's opening from inside, the outside handles are not touched. Yes it is keyless entry

Juan, when you say you got them done for free, did you mean under warranty?. I ask because mine is doing the same thing though not every time i set off from overnight parking on the drive but most times and our first service is due in March.

I have noticed that on our keyless entry and lock that when unlocking by placing your hand behind the door handle if your not carefull it is possible to touch the "grooves" with your thumb causing it to go into lock system hence this makes the alarm go off.
