Re: C5 Spacesaver

Hi new C5 Shine Plus arrives next Wednesday. As it comes with no spare my question is, will an aftermarket 18" spacesaver fit in boot. I can save quite a bit of money by buying this way. I guess I will need the plastic securing piece to hold it in place. Does anyone have any experience of this...

Re: Connected Cam, Wifi & Automatic Tailgate

This is like any other non-automatic rear door I have ever had on a Citroen. Not on our 2007 C4 Picasso, 2011 C4 Picasso, 2011 C3, 2016 C3 and 2019 C3. So quite normal. Our 2015 C4 Picasso had the powered boot but that could only be opened using the boot button or the remote, and only closed from th...

Most 2 tone horns are illegal and will result in a fine and points on your licence.
Depends on whether notes alternate or operate at the same time. Most twin tones are the latter.

Re: Hybrid battery range

I wonder how the system calulatesrage. Is it full cahrge divided by a fixed rate per mile, or is it dependant on date of use from the previous trip?

Probably the climate control cutting in the aircon.

Anyone used the beambenders for driving abroad and what positions are they fitted on the headlights??
With the pattern of beams that headlights now have it is not necessary to have beam benders. Remember it is illegal to dazzle, so set the headlights as low as possible.

I have this on my C4GP, and I haven't used it in well over 6 years.

Re: C5 Beam converters

I would suggest you try out the dip beams against something like a garage door to see if there is a high part of the beam towards the left. Design of dip beams has changed and it may be unnecessary to do anything other than as suggested to lower the headlight as low as possible. Bear in mind that le...

Re: Tyre pressures

Yes I've noticed that 1.5 bar in the Bridgestone tyres makes a big difference. As far as mpg goes we are now on E10 fuel which they say reduces mpg but I've noted my mpg on Mycitroen App is better. As far as I am aware, although the pumps are marked E10, the ethanol content is a maximum of 10%. If ...

Re: C3 Aircross recall HTM

NOX is produced in petrol and diesel engines. Diesel produces more and has to have exraa mitigation. For most manufacturers that is the Adblue system.
