Re: C3 Aircross Glove box without light?

not so certain you would be impressed if your car was RHD UK SPEC Now I understand the complaints! This is entirely normal on nearly all recent right hand drive citroens, my c4 Picassos and c3s all have this mini glove box (which will just about take a pair of gloves), although EGS equipped C4 Pica...

Re: How to adept headlights when going abroad C3 Aircross

You do not require to put any tape or benders on the headlights. The only requirement is 'not to dazzle. Most designs of modern headlights do not have the 'kick up' on the nearside. The simple thing to do is to lower the beams using the adjuster. Most of the time you only need your lights to be see...

Re: It has arrived !

License plate a coincidence? Current British number plate format is AAxx AAA, where A is any letter other than I or Q, and xx is a year identifier, currently 19. The first two letters are an area identifier, the remaining letters are issued at random; Any other formats are legacy formats, of which ...

Re: Connect Radio firmwares?

I have the middle range C3A model that comes with a Connect Radio touch model, it's the same as Connect Nav but without embedded navigation (you can use google maps though). Unfortunately My Citroen app doesn't connect to my car even though it's paired by bt so its claim that I have the latest Fw f...

Re: automatic headlights

A little confusion here. Are we discussing the automatic illumination of headlights when it gets dark, or are we referring to the automatic dip function. I read the OP as the former!

Re: Whats the real MPG?

After 470 km (bought the car a couple of weeks ago) I consume 6.0 liters per 100 km. (=47 mpg) Mostly in moderate speeds, highway and suburbs, not so much in the the city (Stockholm). / Hans PS The car now has 2200 km, consumption indicated by the car computer (consumption would probably be a littl...

Re: Whats the real MPG?

The issue with this is, what is the real miles per gallon. I have seen many people posting in many places and they nearly always quote the computer reading. This is not always accurate and is usually optimistic, sometime by quite a lot. We have a C3 110bhp HDi, and it recons that it is doing high 60...

Re: Strange bud under my right mirror

This comes up all the time and the 'bud' is on just about all Citroens. It is the external temperature sensor. Thank you routemaster! I suspected some type of sensor, thought the temp was measured under the car, but this is of course better unless the sun shines at that place. /Hans If you look in ...
