Re: Dash Cam Fuse for 2019 C3 Aircross

Thank you for a quick answer. One of the options for this Dash Cam is to monitor the car when it is parked and it becomes "alive" when a bump is detected. Presumably is draws very little current while it is idle. This model dash cam is probably among the most commomnly fitted and I am tryi...

Dash Cam Fuse for 2019 C3 Aircross

Hi,

Has anyone fitted a Nextbase 322GW Dash Cam to a 2019 C3 Aircross?

Mine has been fitted but stops and starts when the engine ECO stops or when the door opens - fine when driving!

Most likely use the wrong fuse in that easy to get at fuse box . . . . .

Cheers

John

Re: Nav update performed

If its a 2022 then it is under warranty. Watch the service receptionist squirm when you tell them about the problem :) My "latest" experience from my garage is that map updates are performed when the car is serviced. The My Citroen app has not advised me of any updates for a long, long whi...

Re: Nav update performed

No one I know who performs map upgrades on their car, made by other companies, has to keep their engine running! There may well be others that do but I do not know of them! The battery in my car seems Ok but the auto stop/start does not work running around town but it DOES function a couple of times...

Re: Nav update performed

I just loaded the "latest" map onto my memory stick today and plan, for the first time ever, to update the map while on a 2 1/2 hour drive. My navigation backup device will be using Google Maps on my phone which, for some reason, a lot of people prefer to use anyway! It REALLY seems VERY o...

Re: Parking Sensors ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)

I went to the local Citroen main dealer and asked if there were any issues taking the parking sensor out. They said that they take them out all of the time for repair work and unless there is physical damage to them then there should be no problems. So it would appear that the body shop in question ...

Parking Sensors ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)

I managed to get a few minor scratches on my rear bumper, car park rash, and asked a major company for a quote. Because the scratches are near one of the parking sensors they warned me that I will have to have them re-calibrated by a main dealer! Does anyone have any experience of getting this carri...

Re: Citroen App

It would appear that the C3 does not currently offer the option to transfer the map on the handset destination to the vehicle GPS.

There IS a world map now showing on the home page but this does not seem to do anything. Previously it showed the cars location which was useful - so they took it away!

Re: Citroen App

Using the Galaxy A10 with Android 11 but this feature does not appear to be present - perhaps it is a hardware property of the S series phones?

Re: Stop/Start

I think something must be "Donald ducked" with my car as well. It has graced me once in 2 years with the stop start working as it should and on another occasion it actually let me listen to the radio for a whole, I kid you not, 10 minutes. If the battery is fully charged using a external c...
