Re: Rusty wheel hubs

Thanks for the reply.
Perhaps my previous car wheels didn't have the same view into the hub as this one, as have not noticed it berfore? I will have to do a DIY job on them with a wire brush and silver paint!

Rusty wheel hubs

I've just noticed that the wheel hubs on my month old C3 Aircross are very rusty in places, is this a common issue on many cars nowadays, or is it something that should be attended to? I tend to be quite fussy about maintaining and caring for my vehicles, and I must admit that is very unsightly, esp...

Re: Armrest

Just a comment regarding the Armster Armrest in case anyone else is interested? Received my version 'S' this morning on recommendation of Roly, and must say I am very pleased with the result, it matches the car upholstery almost seamlessly, and after a quick drive around the block, appears to be in ...

Re: Map updates ??

I was told that the you can only do map updates via the USB stick! It's only live traffic updates that are installed automatically. But who knows? I think the information/knowledge passed to dealerships is ambiguous to say the least! I think staff are only aware of how these systems work if they use...

Re: Armrest

Hi Roly,
How do you find the new armrest for comfort/position? I notice that version 2 can be extended, but if the 'S' version sits in the right place I don't want to waste money on a function that I don't need.
Many thanks

Re: Greetings

Hi Roly,
That’s interesting re the armrest, is it a Citroen accessory? It’s something I really miss from my DS3, also the handy storage space inside it.

Re: Greetings

Welcome to the forum, great website, love the Austin Sevens! If you ever get bored with one of them there's a good home waiting in Maidenhead!
My C3 Aircross is my 6th Citroen - GS Club, ZX, 2CV Charleston (wish I'd kept it) , C3 Picasso and A DS3, I guess this makes me a Citroen fan.

Re: Map updates ??

Hi John, just an update re the map installation! I have just spent a few frustrating hours re-installing the updates. I stupidly and regrettably followed an incorrect Citroen PDF instruction doc on how to update the maps correctly. On the last screen when it says something similar to 'do you want th...

Re: Map updates ??

Hi John, many thanks for the info. I have just followed your instructions, but when I press the mapping icon it just shows the version and date blank, with no info, assume that the new maps have not been installed?

Chris
