Re: Just got my new C3 Aircross.. few quiries..

Hi, welcome to the forum! I have the C3 Aircross Flair, picked it up in September 2019, so it was prior to the 2020 update so not sure what spec yours might be? There is no dashcam on mine, the camera on the windscreen I believe is for the automatic braking system if you get to close to an obstacle ...

Re: Hello there from Mike477

Hi Mike, welcome to the friendly forum! I'm very pleased with my C3 Aircross too, though being somewhat advanced in years I'm still trying to get my head round some of the technology, especially the voice commands; she has difficulty in understanding my accent I think! The touch screen took me a whi...

Re: Touch screen apps query!

Many thanks for the reply and info re the photos! I think I've sorted the duplicate music file issue. I have numerous playlists on my Apple music files together with albums by particular artists, so that some files are in more than one place on the flash drive, the Citroen music app appears to find ...

Re: C5 Aircross Map Updates system dates

I've just checked the maps on my C3 Aircross, the version is 16.0.0-r0 dated 14th Oct 2019. I assume this is the same system as the C5 Aircross and that I'm looking at the right info., though I stand to be corrected I've found the update instructions from Citroen totally confusing and ambiguous, I'v...

Touch screen apps query!

Apologies if this appears a stupid enquiry, but perhaps someone with a bit more technical knowledge can give me some guidance? I've have just transferred my Apple music files to a USB Flash drive to play in my C3 Aircross, everything works fine except one particular folder has duplicate songs! I hav...

Re: Sat nav update

Hi, there are quite a few previous comments on this subject that you may want to trawl through? You may find the answer there, though depends on your particular problem?
Are you using a Mac or Windows to download the file?

Re: Updating Touchscreen Using iMac

Just to add, I followed a previous forum members very helpful advice and used the free 'Clean My Drive 2' app to format the Flash drive, this worked flawlessly after hours of frustrating attempts.

Re: C3 Aircross Towbar

Hi Adrian, I have since spoken to the dealer and still have got no further! He said that if I was trading it in they wouldn’t care, but he said PCA finance send a third party company round to see the vehicle and that they spend about an hour going over it to check for any changes. My dealership said...

Re: introduce myself

Hi Al, welcome to the forum from another 'quite old' C3 Aircross owner!! I'm still getting to grips with the touch screen too, so unable to give you any tips i'm afraid. This is my 6th Citroen, so I'm obviously a fan. I find the Aircross very comfortable, especially as I have intermittent back issue...

Re: C3 Aircross Towbar

Hi Adrian, thank you for your response, I did contact the PCP Company (PCA) some weeks ago, they finally contacted me today and were not particularly helpful! They just said that the vehicle must be returned without any changes or modifications and that the trim would have to be put back as it was! ...
