Re: Stop,start does not work
Did RAC get it going ok and did they say what the fault was?

Re: C5 aircross connected cam
I have an Android phone (personal) and an iPhone (work). The Android just refuses to connect as I suspect that there are too many variants of both phones and software for Citroen to keep on top of them all. So I assume that some Androids will be ok and others, like mine, not so. However, the iPhone ...

Re: Stop,start does not work
I agree that it sounds like a fault - this is my second car with stop start and this works better than the previous; not so temperamental when the A/C is on.

Re: C5 Clutch overheating
Lol - yes probably time to think about my driving style!
BTW the P6 Rover V8 is a fine car - my Dad had that model but with the auto box - great to drive (on the rate occasion he'd let me!)

C5 Clutch overheating
Had a worrying incident last week on a west country road. On a near-single track road, heading up a hill, a tractor was approaching towards me so I had to move into a passing place to let it pass. I held the clutch on the bite whilst it passed but there were a few cars following the tractor so the b...

Re: Speed Limiter Override Rarely Works
Just had a long road trip and the Tom Tom was spot on. Just had a great update from Citroen regarding the illuminated cup holders. After calling Customer Services yesterday I received an email today entitled 'goodwill' which stated: 'In regard to your cup holders unless you specifically asked for th...

Re: Speed Limiter Override Rarely Works
In the journeys I've done so far the TomTom has been superb, particularly on my rural 25 mile each way commute . However, I have a few longer journeys planned over the next few weeks so I'll see how it copes with those! I have received TAs ok but only when I've been listening to an FM station (which...

Re: Speed Limiter Override Rarely Works
Many thanks for the response JohnB. The speed limiter override is definitely user error I'm ashamed to say! The accelerator has a point of resistance where it feels that it is pushed it to the full, but pressing through that and is when the limiter is bypassed. Embarrassed not to have discovered it ...
